Alright, since I feel it is my duty to give you some pointers and tips and help you where I can I will. You did a good job on being original with her dress! I like it. But what I have to say from here on out is completely not personal, and only meant to aide you in becoming a better artist!
She has no shoulders, it looks like her arms are coming straight off of her neck. I can't tell though if you did this to be stylized, even so it should be apparent that she has shoulders.
The viel shouldn't pop out like it does, it should flow gracefully down over her hair and shoulders and back, to the end of her dress and out if it is supposed to be that long. It should look graceful, not stiff, this viel is not made out of something tough, but out of something soft like silk or something else. So it should have more flow.
One good thing to note is that you seem to have the proportion of her body length correct, or at least very close! But you need to soften up the lines and not have them so interconnected that her body looks like that of a barbie doll. Stiff and unyeilding! Your lines need to flow more gracefully and smoothly. You definetly want to study Ariel's face more, really loook at the shape and how her nose goes.
I know you can do this, I know it can be even better. I woudl suggest not only getting a few 'how to draw' with like Disney Characters such as Ariel or even Aladdin, but also investing in a good anatomy book. Do some body studies....play with it, sketch, see what you can make of the way a body goes.
Perhaps if I have time here, eventually, I will draw you Ariel in this pose with this dress and show you what I'm talking about! Sometimes being told is one thing, and being shown is another.
You really do need to do more studying and drawing from reference, not just your head, that way you see how it really goes. Otherwise I still like this pic and it is one of your better pics, so good job Don't get discouraged by all I pointed out, instead take heart and play with the suggestions, see what you get from it.
